A few years back I embarked in a new journey, Textile Design and the textile industry. I have to admit it's been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I am in the process of obtaining a certificate in Textile and Surface Pattern Design from the California School of Professional Fabric Design™. The philosohpy there is that textile designers are made not born, they have a gift and want to embrace an environment that nurtures creativity, community and joy. Fulfilling the portfolio requirement is getting me ready to work in the fabric and surface industry.

HAND PANTED DESIGNS: These original samples have been created by using a variety of techniques, such as Watercolor; Color pencils; Crayons; and Ink (Dyes).
